Easy Over Night Oats

1 cup plant milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chias seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
fruit for garnish

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a Mason jar or small bowl, mix together soy milk, oats and chia seeds.
2. Cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 2 hours).
3. Open the next day and add maple syrup. Enjoy as is or topped with fruit.
