Ingredients

Bottom

Cookies 90g
Milk 25ml


Cheesecake

Cream cheese 200 g
Granulated sugar 30 g
Milk 30ml
Five gelatin 5 g
Lemon skin 1/3 (if you have one)
1/3 lemon juice
Fresh cream 200ml
Granulated sugar 20 g
Mango puree 60 g


Mango jelly

Water 30 ml
2 g of powdery gelatin
Granulated sugar 10 g
Mango puree 40 g


Preparation

1. Cookie 90 g is crushed finely, 25 ml of milk is added and spread in a mold. Cool in a refrigerator.

2. Mix 200g of cream cheese and 30g of granulated sugar well.

3. Add 5 g of powder gelatin to 30 ml of milk and mix.
Melt gelatin in hot water, mix in addition to ②.

13. Add 10 g of granulated sugar and mix and dissolve.

14. Add mango puree 40 g and mix. Cool to room temperature.

15. Pour it on the rare cheese and cool it in the refrigerator until rare cheese and jelly are completely set.

16. Completed mango, blueberries, mint decorating.
