Ingredients:


3/4 cup of all-purpose wheat flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of sweetener
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup of cold water
1/4 sodium bicarbonate
1 tablespoon oil
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of cold coffee

Preparation:


First mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. In another bowl mix the coffee, the egg, the sweetener, the oil, the water and the vanilla. Add the dry ingredients little by little to the last mixture and blend until smooth.

Prepare the oven at 175 ° C and a baking dish with butter and flour. Add the mixture and cover with aluminum foil. Put water to boil to make a water bath. Put the boiling water in a container larger than the mixture of the cake and on top of the cake.
Cook for 25-30 minutes and proof that it is cooked with a knife in the middle.
