Chocolate and cheese cake for diabetics
We offer you a simple recipe for diabetics that you can prepare at an opportunity. A delicious cake you'll love.
Do you have diabetes in your family? Your children, perhaps? Therefore, never give up a good dessert, which is an ideal meal to please us and enjoy the tastes that the little ones always appreciate.
Ingredients
6-8 cookies without sugar (you know that we can easily find
them in specialized stores) (30 g)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter (15 g)
1 tub of skimmed cheese, free of fat (150 g)
1 tablet of chocolate without sugar (90 g)
1 level spoonful of sweetener (10 g)
1 spoonful of jam without sugar of raspberry (20 g)
¹/3 tablet of dark chocolate without sugar for the covering
of the cake (30 g)
Preparation
Base of the cake
We will start crushing the cookies well in a bowl.
In addition, melt the butter in the microwave.
Next, add the butter to the bowl where you have chopped the
cookies. Make a homogeneous mass.
It is important that you choose an appropriate mold for this
cake.
At the bottom of it, we will put as a base the cookies mixed
with butter. Very easy. Then you just have to leave it in the refrigerator for
20 minutes.
We assemble the cake
What do we do now? We are going to assemble the cake. The
butter base will already be consistent enough, so it will hold the mixture we
are going to make.
The mixture will have several layers. The first will be
cheese. In a bowl we mix the cheese with the sweetener. When you have it ready,
let it fall already on the cookie base.
Next, let's go to the next layer. What we will do is melt
the chocolate tablet without sugar, then drop it on the layer of sweetened
cheese.
Next, we go to the next layer, which is more delicate.
Gently spread a bit of the unsweetened raspberry jam over the chocolate.
To finish, once ready, we take it back to the refrigerator.
Let it take consistency. It takes about 20 minutes.
The coverage
Next, it is the turn of the top layer, of the cover. We will
do it with dark chocolate. You already know that it is very healthy, and that
whenever it is pure and sugar-free it will be healthier and more suitable for
diabetics.
Then, melt it and put it inside a very thin nozzle pastry
bag.
It gradually shapes the cake's coverage, both the base above
and the sides. Once finished this task, we will take the cake one last time to
the refrigerator so that this coverage hardens.
Finally, you can decorate it with mint leaves or some
raspberries.
