Mixed Fruit Easy Pie

Ingredients

For cakes

125 g butter
1 glass of sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tea cup of milk
1.5 cups + 1 tablespoon flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla

For Cream

3 cups of milk
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of starch
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 tbsp butter
Strawberry blackberry or any fruit you like

Preparation

Let's prepare the cream before mixing. Let it cool down by mixing. Mix the softened butter in the room temperature with sugar until it gets the cream consistency. Let's break the doughs one by one and add to the mixture of oil and sugar. Add lemon peel and vanilla and add half of the milk and mix. Add half of flour and baking powder mixture and add the remaining milk and the remaining flour respectively. Mix milk with milk and make a darker paste than the cake paste made with oil. Let's not let you fake it. Let's pour a 18 or 20 cm thick dough that is floured and greased. Let the strawberries and berries of the other part of the diesel cake to place the last cream you can decorate with the fruit as you wish.
