Bread pudding for diabetics



Ingredients:


200 gr of bread crumb
150 cc of hot skim milk
50 gr of dried figs
20 gr of raisins of grapes
50 gr of carrot
2 tablespoons of liquid sweetener
15 gr of skimmed spreadable cheese
2 teaspoons ground spices
1 egg
oil


Preparation:


Soak the bread crumbs in the warm milk for 30 minutes. Then beat the preparation until you get a homogeneous texture.

It incorporates dried figs, raisins, sweetener, spreadable cheese and spices. Incorporates well, while stirring.

Grate the carrot finely and add to the preparation, along with the beaten egg. Bat vigorously with the rods, until a light mixture is formed.

Place the preparation in a thermal mold, previously oiled. Bring to a moderate oven and cook until browned on the surface.
