Cheese Cake with Lemon
Ingredients
2 pack oat biscuits100 grams of melted butter
For custard
500 grams of labne cheese1 box of milk cream
1 cup powdered sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1 tbsp starch
For lemon sauce
2 cups of lemon juice2 tablespoons of starch

Instructions
The first stage in making lemon cheese cakes is to form the sweet base. For this purpose, biscuits are melted into the powder with the melted butter.
