Yoghurt Pie Recipe



Ingredients

For the pulp:

100 grams of butter at room temperature
1 tea cup with powdered sugar
1 piece of egg
1 cup of water

For the inside:

4 eggs
1.5 tea cup powdered sugar
3 cups of strained yogurt (cups filled)
1.5 tea cup liquid oil
1 pack vanilla powder pudding
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 packs of vanilla


How to Make Yoghurt Paste Recipe?

Start by preparing the dough. Transfer the butter into a bowl and beat. Then add egg and powdered sugar and continue to whisk until creamy.

Then add the flour and add the dough to your hand until you get a homogenous consistency.

Wrap the dough in a stretch film and let it rest for 40 minutes in the refrigerator.

Start preparing the interior material. Break the eggs and beat with the sugar. Then continue to flap by adding liquid oil, vanilla and powdered pudding.

Finally add the yogurt and lemon peels and whisk until the mixture is nicely fed.

Open the dough on a floured machine. Place the dough into a 28 cm, greased clamp cake mold. Place the edges of the dough and seat nicely.

Pour the liquid mixture you prepared. Bake for a period ranging from 170 hours in pre-heated oven to about 1 hour - 1 hour to 10 minutes. Leave the oven door closed for another 15 minutes.

Remove and leave to cool for 1 hour at room temperature. After cooling for 1 hour in the refrigerator and serve by slicing.
