Creps Tiramisu Recipe




Ingredients

4 eggs
250g of flour
6 cl of vegetable oil
50 g of sugar
50 cl of milk
50 g icing sugar
125 g of mascarpone
1 vanilla pod
1 L of liquid cream
Cocoa Powder


Equipment

1 rectangular plate
1 electric whisk


Instructions

Mix 4 eggs, flour, oil and sugar and add the milk while mixing. Cook 9 pancakes.

Cover the plate with 5 pancakes, leaving them on the sides. Whisk together the icing sugar, mascarpone, scraped vanilla and cream. Place the whipped cream in the freezer bag, cut one of the bottom corners to use as a piping bag.

Cover the pancakes in the plate with ⅓ whipped cream, place 2 pancakes on top and cover with another third of whipped cream. Place 2 pancakes again and fold over the top to cover the plate.

Place everything 30 minutes cool. When fresh, cover the whole plate with hazelnuts and sprinkle with cocoa. 

Cut into pieces
