Vanilla Strawberry Puddings



Ingredients

300 ml dairy free milk
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
2 tbsp agave
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp flour


Method

Heat 200 ml of the milk over medium heat. Add vanilla, salt and sweetener.
Mix the cornstarch and flour in the remaining 100 ml milk until well mixed. Pour into the simmering milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until it starts to thicken.

For the strawberry pudding, use the same recipe and add 1 tbsp strawberry compote.
(Simply make it by cooking some strawberries with a dahs of maple syrup, let cool down and blend.)
Top with lots of fresh strawberries, chocolate and granola!
