Here is a really quick solution to making your own face mask, if you feel the need to wear one out while doing your errands. If you don’t have a bandanna cut a piece of fabric to18 or 19” square. Use rubber bands, hair ties or elastic. Most importantly it is crucial to take care of yourself and others this is just one of the ways you can do your share. If you have extra supplies you can make them for friends family and others that may be in need. 

PS if you want to add an extra layer you could wear a paper mask and put this one on top for extra protection. Also please remember depending where you live in the world supplies are very limited if at all and existence I have to make do with what we have being in New York myself I know this is true.

That’s all you need. So easy! Whoever invented this ... Thank you! 👍🏼 ADDITIONAL INFO: you can insert a “non-woven cloth” in the middle of the mask like wet tissues that are dried to act as a filter. Someone also suggested coffee filters, gauze, air condition filter, or vacuum bag with HEPA filter. DIY face mask using a few drops of OnGuard to also support the natural immune system! You can make these on your own at home with a bandana, 2 scrunchies (or rubber bands or hair ties), and a paper towel (for extra protection!). They may not be perfect, but better than nothing! The essential oil is not necessary, I just like adding them to everything! Xo Stay safe, and stay home friends! P.S. Any type of facial covering is helpful, so try using a filter. This is simple to make with a bandana, an HVAC filter and weather stripping. The filter will be abrasive on your face, which is why we use a bandana. The weather stripping goes above the nose when it is tied tight, to close gaps.
