Iced Matcha Dalgona



Ingredients (2 glasses):

- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 40 ml aquafaba (liquid from a can of chickpeas)
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 tbsp icing sugar

Method

1. Whisk aquafaba until it expands and turns white

2. Add cream of tartar and icing sugar and continue whisking


3. Once the mixture forms peaks, sift matcha powder and continue whisking until fully combined


4. Spoon mixture over iced oat milk (or milk of your choice)


5. We sprinkled crushed pistachios on top just for fun


6. Enjoy! It's that simple
